I'm in charge of import and export in my company. recently i found that no matter domestic or foreign plants, some of them are not attaching their importance to their online website and contact ways, especial for very big and comprehensive plants.
when i want to buy some products from them, i clink contact and found their phones and emails, but email address are always like info@****.com, after send email, nearly receive no reply.
i think the inquiry might be collected by administration or secretary dept., but whether they can pass the useful info to the right person, it is up to the staff's knowledge of their products and company background and ability.
if over 3 days,i don't receive reply by email, then i will make the phone call, then the tel on the contact ways are always front line, press 2 for English-press 1 for marketing-press 1 for polymers, then no one pick up the phone, and also operator can't pick up the phone.
does that plant know they are missing so many opportunities to sell their product?
why not put the right person's contact ways including email and direct line or extension number right below the product page?
