The efficient diesel liquidity improvement agent WFY18 series products specifically for domestic and overseas oil refineries to improve the low-temperature liquidity performance of diesel, with significant performance in reducing the cold filter plugging point and pour point of diesel. With the dosage of around 600PPm, the cold filter plugging point of diesel can be reduced by 5~8℃, which leads to extremely favorable performance in improving the quality and yield of diesel refineries. The products adopt ethylene and acetic acid ethylene as the main raw materials, and is processed through high-pressure solution polymerization after the adding of third monomer, and then reconfigured with appropriate amount of dispersant. The whole production process is controlled by DCS computer control system, ensuring stable and reliable product quality, with an annual productivity of 7000 tons.

II. Purposes

It is mainly used as the additive to 0#, -10#, -20# and -35# diesel to reduce the cold filter plugging point and pour point of diesel and improve the low-temperature liquidity performance of diesel. It can improve the diesel yield and the economic benefits of refineries, save the energy and increase the utilization ratio of energy, with the performance reaching advanced domestic and overseas technologies.

III. Usage

1. The dosage is usually under 0.1%, and for most refineries, between 0.01~0.06%.

2. The performance not only depends on the performance of the improvement agent itself, but also is closely related to the diesel types and the refinery technologies. To enable better results, experiment shall be carried out before formal application, so that appropriate configuration is determined.

3. During the application, do not add the improvement agent directly into the diesel if possible, as direct adding of it may affect the performance. It shall be first blended into mother liquid, with even mixing of the improvement agent and diesel ensured, so as to achieve the expected performance.

Preparation of mother liquid: Dilute the improvement agent with aviation coal oil or ordinary-pressure diesel, with the ratio between the improvement agent and the diluent in 1:15, and under the operation ambient temperature no less than 50℃, add the mother liquid into the diesel and blend it to even.

Packaged in galvanized iron bucket, in net weight of 170kg/barrel.
