Application:

1.Water reducing agent for concrete

2.Ceramic body reinforcing agent:

In ceramic production, SLS can be used as water reducing agent, grinding agent, glaze dispersant. As water reducing agent, dosage is0.3%(w/w), can reduce water by 5% and improve fluidity and make ceramic dry easily; when acting as grinding agent, dosage is about 0.3%(w/w), and increase loading ability by 30% and reducing water contents in ball milling by 10% and shorten the ball milling time by 20%, increasing ball milling efficiency by 25%；as Glaze dispersant, dosage is about 0.5%(w/w), can increase milling efficiency and make color disperse evenly, improve glaze suspension and fluidity and color, can give beautiful flow pattern

3.Mining powder’s binding agent

In mining industry, plant mixed SLS with mining powder and make mining ball, it can also used as ore dressing agent

4. Coal water mixture dispersant

Be used as Coal water mixture dispersant by fire electricity generating plant, increase coal dispersing ability, increase coal heating rate and using rate, sharply decrease coal contents in fly ash and blocking, extend boiler’s life
